DJ Tunez links up with rising Nigerian act Shoday on “Na Money,” a smooth, street-smart Afrobeats single about the power of financial independence.
The song says what many people already know: good intentions and sweet words only go so far, because na money answers all things, earns respect, and eases life’s burdens. Shoday’s lines are sharp, witty, and easy to relate to.
A warm rolling log-drum and crisp shakers move with bright looping guitar licks and smooth synth chords. The groove stays light and breezy but still makes your head nod, with a polished, premium finish. Shoday’s raspy, rhythmic voice goes from observational verses into a chant-heavy chorus that hits right away.
If you are chasing your own bag, “Na Money” makes good company. Play it on your way to work, at a hangout, or any time you want a reminder to keep pushing.
